Do You Trust Me?

That is the question that God is asking me right now. Do you trust Me? After hearing some disappointing news on one of the job opportunities that I had in the Columbus area, this is the question that I must now answer. Losing out on an opportunity does not change God's call for us to Marysville. I now have the opportunity to have a testimony of trust in God to show me what He has in store for me. I must be obedient to continue to follow Him through and along the path that He has put before us. Please continue to pray for me that God will strengthen my resolve and my testimony of putting complete and ultimate trust in Him. My desire is to His will!!!

Snow! Snow! Snow!

Ok, so I am in Montreal this week for work and there is a ton of snow on the ground. They have had an almost record breaking year with snowfall in Montreal. I think that they are within a couple of inches of breaking their record snowfall. Kind of crazy. There is so much snow on the ground and in the snow banks that have been pushed up that it is probably 20 - 30 ft. high in some places. In the places that I have been driving, you can drive down the road and not be able to see the stores and buildings that are on the sides of the road. The sidewalks are covered up with snow so people are walking down the edge of the street. Kind of crazy and dangerous if you ask me.

So, I just have one question b/c I know that Al Gore has an answer. How has Global Warming caused all of this extra snow this year? Waiting to hear the answer b/c I am sure it is a good laugh.

Jury Duty

So I went for jury duty qualification and selection of the week for me to serve on jury duty. I picked the week of March 24 - 28. Not necessarily something that I am looking forward to, but it is certainly a great civic duty to serve in this manner. I just pray that as I serve on a jury, I would glorify God in my discussions, my attitudes and in my decisions.

Opportunity is moving forward!!!

Well, I heard back from Chase and they would like for me to have a follow up phone discussion with another manager there. This manager works in Dallas, TX and is already functioning in the same position that I am looking to fill in another location. Also, I will be going to Columbus in the next couple of weeks and I will have an on-site interview with the leadership team, the hiring manager and the internal recruiter. I am excited about this opportunity and I pray that God will get all of the glory out of this.
